So you’ve purchased our service and are now ready to send us the iPod? Great, let’s get started! Along with your iPod, please include a completed work order. Click here to download the work order

During the checkout process, you are charged a shipping fee. This fee covers the cost (materials and postage) to ship the iPod back to you after it has been repaired. This fee does not cover the expense of shipping us the iPod.

As for shipping us your iPod, you have two options.

Option 1 – Buy our prepaid shipping kit

Our kit consists of a shipping box, bubble mailer, and prepaid USPS postage label. This option enables us to simplify the process of mailing your iPod by providing you with all of the necessary materials needed for a safe and secure transport of your device. Option 2 – Ship it yourself

With this option you agree to handle the shipping process all by yourself by providing your own materials and choosing the postal service of your choice.
